Wait till after Labor Day to complain about non delivery and get a refund if you don't have it by then.

I ordered an item on August 3rd and the estimated time was August 6th-14th. I waited about 4 days and went back on the item page and it was sold out with the estimated time being changed to Aug 19th-25th. Right now i have waited a good two weeks and still havent received the item. I contacted the seller and didnt get any replies. So i tried to go to customer support and put in a "item not received" report, but when i enter the item number it wont find it. What should i do? P.S. My mother ordered it cause of money issues on my paypal
