Get a strong, hardworking friend to help you move furniture.
And now the ugly part: TAXES. You need to keep track of all of your income [buy a ledger book as a backup to an excel sst], and expenses (if you want to lower your tax bill). You need to know how to compute and file taxes quarterly, and fill in the SE (self-employment), C (or C-EZ) for your business, and how all of this translates to the form 1040 after the end of each year.
Good luck (and ... it is not wise to put a real email address on here).
Hello. My name is Eric and I'm trying to start a business. My local area is full of old retired people that don't want to shovel or move furniture them selves. Im thinking to go door to door and shovel for around 15 dollars a house. While i do this i will be handing out my business card and telling them i live near buy and will be hear to help shovel move furniture and any other hands on work for low cost, leave my number and head away. If i make 15 per house, 10 houses a day 3 times a week for 3 months thats about 20 thousand dollars. Plus the moving furniture will help. Im thinking 15 flat fee plus 5 bucks an hour. Im 15 but i work like a man. Can any one tell me if this is a realistic and good idea down below. It would help a lot please. Tell me if i need tweaking and feel free to contact me on my gmail- ericisikdogan@gmail.com
Thanks again.
