I need advice from a business owner!?

I think the OWNER would want to know if someone is driving business away send an anonymous note if you have to but name names of the violators

I have been working for a company for 3 years and I am really struggling with how to handle a tough situation at my job site. The company I work for has 3 sites with less than 80 employees, most of which work on the road. The lead at my site is constantly doing and saying things to drive away clients. We have completely lost many of our regular clients and business has declined. I have gone to our manager and spoken with him in regards to my concerns about the decline of business but I have been repeatedly brushed off. I haven't wanted to go to the owner with what is going on because I fear the repercussions. There are some really good employees at my site but a lot of really bad thought processes have been accepted as okay. I haven't gotten along with the lead for years and that is another concern. I am the low man here and I try to keep my head down as much as possible. I know that he makes comments to my coworkers and leads about our inability to work together. I don't want a head to head conflict to arise so I only deal with him as necessary. I have kept a journal which contains names, dates and even times of specific client/business issues. How would you feel, as a business owner, if an employee presented you with this concern? How are some ways in which you would approach the situation?
