Best advice is start as a volunteer, like in hospitals to get noticed because they have their own radio stations and you never know who is staying in a hospital.

I recently got a mixing board, an amp, and some speakers, and a microphone. I got them as a graduation present and right now theyre just sitting in my basement really not being used.

I really want to use it and make some money to help me pay for college and an apartment, and possibly a car.

I was wondering how much people usually charge per hour and all that stuff. I just need advise on how to get it started because I have no idea.
