My step father has just been deemed 100% disabled and can not work, I do not know what percent disabled my mother is but she was deemed unable to work at the moment as well. However they went to the social services office today and found out that we can not receive benefits due to owning 2 cars whose total value is over $2000 on Kelley Blue Book. Is there a way to get around this issue? I mean neither of my parents can work and bring money in how do they expect us to pay for anything we need? I may not know the full story but this is what I have learned from their visit today. If you could help me find a way that would be much appreciated thank you!
