I have issues with my new business partner. We work in different countries and everything was going well, until recently.
I know my partner is legal and legit (in terms of company she works for) but it has been 3-4 weeks since I have required some important financial information (pricing on product) and received no feedback.
It is like she tries to avoid me for no reason, whereas I just need them numbers to make an order from my side.
It might seem childish that I even write it here, but I have tried nearly anything (calling, sms, emails) - she can say "Sorry I will do it asap" and then again nothing but a false hope.
I was wondering if contacting her primer office and someone there, asking for external help from her company would help me in any way. I was about to send a direct email to her office as well, asking if she is on holiday or whatever because she clearly been absent for a long time.
But I know she is in the office, not anywhere else. Just annoying me big time by not doing things as they go and making me wait for far too long.
What do you guys think? In case you are wondering I am junior in this business, hence don't know all these pull-push tricks. Thanks.
