tell clients that the business is not running for a few weeks since you are moving house/ if you wanted to make it sounds more professional maybe say ur in holiday and will be back on such and such a date when business will resume...

If you are seriously trying to run a business, sort your internet out in advance. There shouldn't be any sort of gap in service.

I'm just looking for some tips on how to not lose customers or put them off.

I have just set up a new business. I would of waited until I moved but I have no choice as have no income right now.

I am waiting for my house to sell, it could be a week, it could be a year.

The business is internet based and I have no stock, which makes things easier.

The only problem is I am moving country and potentially could not have any internet for the first few weeks.

Should I just be honest with people. What if I have customers booked in and then suddenly find out i'm moving? How to approach them.
