How to get small business mail help?

Maybe, you should pay for a domain and host your own email account; that's what most small businesses with email actually do.

If you are using a FREE service for your account, then you get what you pay for...

Yahoo is hosting my web site and domain

I have a small business account dating back to 2009. On June 25th, my email stopped accepting or sending my e-mail. I think it is a password issue, but I have changed my PW many times and my log-in credentials on Outlook are not accepted.

I have spoke to Yahoo technical support multiple times - they can not re-establish my account. I am about to complain to the FTC, BBB, CFPB and Consumer Reports - anyone that I can reach out to complain about this level of service.

I am writing this message for technical support after waiting for over 2 hours for technical support on your small business help line.

Of course my only recourse is to close this account and move my business to Gmail
