Great Idea! Many people probably would love to buy from you and save time and bus fare. I would charge your costs plus 10%. You'd have to average it all out. You also need to sell refrigerated veggies quickly unless you are going to do a truck with coolers. You might even want to deal with local farm markets instead of Walmart. You can make a deal with the farmer for wholesale and get better stuff cheaper than Walmart.
Familiarize yourself with the local laws and operate out of a truck or stand. You should also try to go through a wholesaler because fewer people will be willing to buy from you if they know they can get their produce cheaper elsewhere.
