There is a website that previews the upcoming Sunday newspaper inserts so you can see if there is anything worth having before spending money on a paper.

Get them from both. Check a lot of mom oriented sites for links to the best ones and for online adds.

Not sure of the exact science but with coupons and store sales and store cards that reward points, if done right can save you tons of cash. Basically have to treat like buying in a Costco or Sams to get it to work best for your money. Hope you find another poster with the good links. Best luck.
