You should already have your inventory in a database that could be transferred while adding parts photos.
Odds are online site exiting tools would make up the majority of the tools, you might be using a photo editing program.
This is too challenging for someone with no site development experience, you would have to hire some developer it would probably add up to thousands of dollars.
Using some standard ecommerce site host where you manually insert each item for sale would be cheaper and simpler but tedious for a parts house.
There are predesigned site templates that can save a lot of labor, I don't know that you can find one with anything close to a match to your database requirements, some of these generic store templates painted with a car theme may not be suitable for managing thousands of part listings.

There might be a service for small car parts shops that has a ready made online store that can be customized to appear to be your own web site with relatively little effort, could involve some special business scheme, like them delivering parts and you getting a percentage of the sales.
That relatively simple looking example site still uses some custom PHP and mySQL database sort of programming at it's core that would have to be outsourced.
