- Competitive price. Try to give cheaper or at least at par service compared to your competitors.
- Discount for regular/frequent customers. Have record of your customers and their buying history, contact details, etc
- A facebook page where you can interact with customers and ask them to spread the word about your business.
- Take customer feedback. Doesn't mean give them a paper to write feedback on, it means actually reading that paper and what improvements they want
- You didn't mention what exactly your business is about, but I would suggest to expand it by offering some other services.
- Give discount to customers if they refer your business to their friends.
