They aim to ensure that all of the primary stakeholders are happy with the business and that the business is running efficient. They do this by hiring effective employees and fixing low level problems such as theft from customers while they report to their managers for high level problems such as a a fire.
2) As a owner of a sole trader business the owner would be interested in the business because they are personally responsible for keeping the business out of debt, financially. As a LTD, shareholders and owners would be interested in maximising profits to provide high returns on their investments and maximising dividends for themselves and the other shareholders or using those dividends to reinvest in the business. Their aim is to maximise profits by employing mangers to keep customers, low level employees and other stakeholders happy.
3) Customers -really...???! that's easy
4) For suppliers the businesses are their customers. So they need sales to keep themselves afloat.
Their aim is to keep the business buying from them, for as long as possible to avoid customer contract turnover
5) The business gives the government tax.
Their aim is to keep the business profitable to take tax an ensure that the business stays within local and national laws ad regulations, such as the competition commission's.
6) Cant be asked to do that one.
I have to explain why each of them is interested in a business and their AIM for the business...
