It would contain a dialogue of how the business would operate, identify the target market, project funding needs with statistical analysis and project pro-forma accounting data and an analysis of the existing market for your product or service.

In addition to all of that a strong power point presentation presented professionally would be essential.

I sort off know where to go to find the investments.. but I don't know what to present really.. must I have started the business to some extent? what if I can't afford up to 10% of the start up cost?
