Your better off doing it now. When it shows up on an audit it might hurt more to give it back.
Deposit it by "accident." Put the money in an interest bearing fund and return the principle if they request it later.

yes you do they probably already cancelled that first check
i moved so they sent my check to the old address. i went to the billing office and they changed my adress in their system but then they wrote me a check at the building. then a could of days later i got a check in the mail (it got forwarded from my old house to the new one). will i have to give the money back because i already put it in my account
