Well, Your parents are right, no one will hire a 14 year old to like work in a restaurant or something, but you could start babysitting, I did that when i was 12. You can get paid like $8 an hour and depending on the client you could earn more! It is really easy because when the kids are asleep you get paid to watch tv or play on your phone! You could also try petsitting or dog walking, wherever your interests are!!

Every time we come to the store I end up getting yelled at for not helping or why don't I learn or why don't I take the next customer what don't my parents understand I've told them multiple times that I want to get a job but they tell me that I'm too young and that no ones going to hire me so just work at the family business for now but i don't know I'm shy and it's weird I know but I'm more shy to work in front of my parents and my sister but I know I can do a great job somewhere else but they don't think I'm responsible enough and I feel so embarrassed when people congratulate me for some reason maybe that's why I don't want to work in front of my family cuz my sisters always bugging me and telling me how childish I am but I'm only 2 years younger (14) sorry that was really long
