Doesn't Etsy have customer service?

Considering the lower average revenue they get from their 1 Million active sellers, they probably can't afford the support staff for hand holding. Most often you do have to rely on the help library a site provides, many common questions have already been covered in their Q&A section.

Just a guess on my part, you probably have o settle for email support.

there should be "how to make an account" video's on youtube I watch those when considering making a new account with a site most recent a ecommerce site yorbin.com

transfer your time investment in Etsy to a partnership with

someone else in your city that wants to have a fixed

site store.

nope etsy is just a shoot em up type of thing just launch a simple quacky profile and upload items etc.

Hi,

I'm thinking of starting an Etsy shop, and I went to the Etsy.com website to see if I could talk to a rep to help me get started, but I couldn't find any place on their website that gives you a phone number where you can talk to anyone.

When I started selling on eBay, I called them up, and the rep guided me through everything. How come I can't do that on Etsy? All they have is a button that says "Open an Etsy Shop," but I'm afraid that if I click on that, I'll get stuck in a process that I don't fully understand and I won't be able to do it the way I want it.

Why don't they have a customer service rep you can talk to?

Thanks
