Nothing wrong with that. And why do you need to stat a business with your name in it? You clearly don't need to do that. You can call your business whatever you'd like, including a last name that isn't even yours if you choose.
Hopper is fine, it could be worse :P

My last name is Hopper, like the artist Edward Hopper or the actor Dennis Hopper. I'm hoping to start a business soon of which the name requires my surname so I'm just wondering if it's a bad choice and if I should change it?
