I don't see that the name is trademark protected. You would have to be careful not to use her image anywhere. Or anything close to a Temple image.

I want to name my bakery Curly Top Sweets. Curly top is the name of a Shirley Temple movies from 1935. Can I legally name my bakery Curly Top Sweets? Or do I have to pay royalties and what not? Any any advice would be helpful.
