A CV is a list of your details, qualifications and experience. They are not interested in personal statements on CVs anymore in the UK. So it should be one CV for all.

with no job experience, you barely have enough info to fill ONE resume

I'm starting to apply for jobs, I've never been employed and have just left college.

I don't know what job I specifically want, just something I can gain experience from.

Would it be best if I create different CV's to the specific job I'm applying for?

for example i have create a CV which is more based on care, but then I'm applying for retail and waiter jobs.

Am I making sense?
