It's quite limited... basically short, medium and long lengths of straight stitch, narrow, medium and wide widths of zigzag, a decorative stitch and one length and width of three step zigzag. Can you sew on it, yes. Will you outgrow it soon, probably.

I think you'll find better value for your money by buying a used machine, or by saving up a bit more for a more versatile new one.

I just ordered the Buzzin' Blue Janome Portable Sewing machine for myself and i'm 16. I'm just starting to learn to sew. I've looked at all the reviews and they all say it's perfect for kids. Do you think it would be too simple or small for me to use?
