Do you have pawn shops or consignment stores in the UK? You might be able to sell the watch to a watch repair shop. Can't you have a yard sale there and sell it all at once?
Only the watch will sell you could try a jewellers or second hand shop. The rest is only fit for a carboot sale.
Cash Converters is probably your best, but don't expect anywhere near a fair price. They buy for little so that they can resell.
