Talk to your bank, and if you are a credit union member, talk to a staff member there. If money is going in with one hand and coming out of the other, really you have budgeting problems and a loan is not going to help except temporarily. You need to look carefully at your expenses and see where you can cut down significantly, or find another way to bring in more income. A loan should only be considered for an unexpected sudden expense, and of course you will need to then budget to repay it.
You want one monthly payment to include everything - so what might work is to have one bank account from which all your repayments will come, and to have a regular sum put into that account directly from your wages every pay day, enough to cover your bills until the next pay day. If having a second bank account means extra bank fees, it mightn't be worth going that route.
What works for me is to save at least a quarter of my wages into a savings account and to live on the rest. Those savings have built up into a reserve emergency fund. I learned there is a lot I can do for free or for very little cost. I can make nearly every item last another day or two, or even another week or two. I wear what I have instead of buying more clothes, and when I really need something try charity shops first. I almost never eat out and bring a packed lunch to work. I only visit the hair salon to get my hair cut every two or three months. I wash and style it it myself at home.
Keep a running account of every penny you spend for several months, and you may be surprised to see where your money has gone. You will be surprised at how much was unnecessary spending. You may get further ideas here , and be sure to check the other links on each website
