Maybe a loan shark, but the interest rate will be high, and the consequences of not paying back are not pretty. No legitimate lender will give a $2000 unsecured loan to someone with no job and without checking their credit rating. They certainly won't do it at a low interest rate and long payback period.

There is no reputable lender who is going to be able to help you if you are currently not working. There are also no personal loans without credit checks and proof of an ability to repay. And certainly not without a 24% interest rate

All you are going to get here is scammed.
