Hi, i got scammed on instagram for a 200 dollar coin. He was supposed to send a 10oz silver bar but he never sent. And I sent normal shipping with no tracking and he said he never got it. Is there anything i can do. and if i had tracking. could i have done something about it. if so what? also he agreed to trade and i have his address

Without requiring a signature on receipt he can just stick to the did not get it story, I doubt legal action is possible, that's the down side of an anonymous marketplace that doesn't tack buyer/seller conduct.

if you could get your money back it wouldn't be a scam. Anyone who thought they would be sent a 10oz silver bar in payment of a debt is so dumb they are asking to be scammed.

Without a tracking number and delivery confirmation there is no proof you sent money or he received it. You can't do anything.
