My bank is closed until tomorrow and I checked it a couple of minutes ago and it says I payed ALL my money to a person/place with Russian words, I can tell they are Russian because I've seen their language before and I can't copy the letters for translation since my app won't let me, but i lost around 37000. I don't know why I am asking here but maybe someone can help me til tommorow.

They have identified that Russians were behind personal info from 100,000 people on the irs site, that's the sort of information that could be used for identity theft. Had you setup login credentials to the irs site?
