I am not sure. But, there should not be a plan to print a 200 dollar bill, because we are printing to much money as is.

No, the government doesn't really want a lot of business done in cash. The US government used to make $500 and $10,000 bills for bank transfer payments but with modern electronic means, they are obsolete.
