I never got an allowance nor was allowed to earn money until I was 19, and neither a high school nor band or convention required us to be there, nor were most people I know able to save $1,000 in their entire lifetime. So know as my dad said it "money doesn't grow on trees, you have to earn it" and a tip from me, there is no legal way of earning it (without paying taxes on it) unless you have a job. To have a job you must be a part time worker or a weekend worker so if you need $1500 divided by $7.25 an hour figure that you have to work 207 hours (and more hours for taxes). Say you work 8 hours each day you'd have to work more than 26 days or part time 52 days. So part time you'd have to work more than 1 day a week for the next year....so plan on working weekends. And the best place to work weekends for a kid might be some place like MacDonalds or Walmart if they take young workers. If you were cleaning garages, doing lawns, babysitting, walking dogs, washing cars you might get tips but you'd have to have a state license to work and that would be a deduction from your earnings and so would gas/transportation/food....so earning $1500 is a big deal so I'd suggest you get assistance from your parents to get your business license and get them to pay taxes for you, and to maybe pitch in for the convention so you can go because you're not going to make the amount you need working. By the way, supernatural stuff is just for fun and entertainment and is not real so maybe it would be a lot better if you earn money and save it toward your education instead so you can get a nice career with good income so then you can attend all the conventions you want later on in life. Supernatural stuff is NOT reality. You need to plant your feet strongly in reality instead. Know that in life you need to work toward meeting your needs first and not your wants.
Dont even consider a supernatural convention. It will probably draw you closer to satanic things...witchcraft, wiccan, wizards, warlocks, witchcraft.

No. If there was a way to "legally and quickly" earn $1500, why do you think poverty exists?
Legal? No. Ask to borrow the money and pay it back over the year.
McDonald's, sell your game system.
Maybe work hard
