Your family can't afford your phone bill. Last month my phone alone cost $1800 because of roaming and overages. But all I got was a lectures about how to some poor people $1800 is a lot of money. You need to stop using data because you can't afford it.

Get rid of the bill, and do it today. There's no reason why a 13 year old should be financially burdened beyond their ability to deal with it.

Pay off what you do owe already, and then liberate yourself.
