You can't sell opened make up or skin care products: you may not even be able to give those away. I would suggest donating appliances, jewelry and such and unopened beauty products to either a homeless shelter or other organization that helps women get back on their feet, or to someplace like Good Will or the Salvation Army.
Have you considered giving them to an abuse shelter? What about a place like Fisher House or St Jude's or USO?
Maybe post it on your social media like Facebook or Instagram so people that you know can see it
