This may be a stupid question since I'm a minor, but could I possibly pay my parents bills? My parents are struggling to pay some bills and I want to help. Is there any possible way I could help them pay some utility bills like water, electric, etc?

If you have money, you could just give it to them. You could also get a money order and mail it with their account number, but that's less helpful because they would be worrying about it and wouldn't know it was paid.

Crab the bills, go into the local utility company and say I would like to pay these bills. give the lady the right amount and go on your marry way. Act mature and polite. usually they take the payments with out question. but they ask pull out an ID that confirms your adress to the ones on the bill.
