For 16, that's good. For 26, it's lousy.
Make sure you have a way to increase it in the future, either through college or promotions.
I'm 43. I'll give you the advice I wish someone had given me at that age:
Never get a credit card. And never sign up for car payments.
Most 16 year old workers aren't on salary so you are miles ahead. Most are paid by the hour and only work part time so if you were working 2080 hours a year it is well under $10 an hour.
That's a lot. If this means you're privileging work for school, though, this is a dumb strategy. Being rich for a 16 year old isn't great if that means you'll be making about the same at 36.

You probably just work a part time job, so that is actually a pretty good salary!
May I ask what work you do? But thats good start saving! If you start now, you can use it to pay your college tuition and wont have to worry about student laon debt.
