The straight-up answer is none of the above!!! That's like asking which crime syndicate is better. And yes, they all use Chexsystems to check your banking history.
There absolutely HAS to be another option. The local banks and credit units are far more desirable to deal with.
All those major banks usually always do a credit and ChexSystems check. If you want to back locally, perhaps try a credit union; they tend to offer better interest and less fees.
Wells Fargo would be best
There is no "best bank". All banks are in business to make money for themselves. They have no interest in your welfare.
