I don't own a company, but I would treat a foreigner the same as anyone else. A lengthy check at their credentials and make sure that they could be trusted. I would treat them exactly the same as everyone else.

That depends if they are qualified for the job. It doesn't matter who's the person doing the job so much as who's the best person the get the job done.
