Not so..but it will be very frustrating job when end of the day if the account doesn't tally..
you need to be alert at all times to make sure you handle the money correctly, you will likely be standing the entire time you are working, there can be a lot of problems related to irate customers etc so you need to have your wits about you in tight situations
What makes you bother , whether you will be given training or because you feel you need training for job of a cashier. It is data entry of transaction of money paid by credit card or cheque or cash money ,usually payment by cash is not only mode of payment these days and therefore CASH REGISTER FOR RECORD AND TALLY OF FIGURES WILL NOT JUSTIFY.Electronic transaction and data entry is the only gadget for which you should be familiar . now wish you good luck for your first job.
