Is it wise to work two jobs?

So I start my first day at Burlington Coat factory today. It's 8.00 and hour. There's also another job hiring at 21.04 and hour that my mom says she could get me! The only thing is Burlington can give me all the hours I want but the job paying more will only give me 12-20 hours a week. I'm not sure if I should just go ahead and choose between the two or try to work both? I've decided to take a break on school since I owe my last school 2,000 and I'm in desperate need to pay it off. What is your opinion?

Wise because you'll get more income but make sure you'll have time to get some rest. My dad worked two jobs when my family moved abroad for a few months, 12AM-7AM and 12PM-5PM.

If you can do both, OK - but do note neither job usually cares that you have another job until the two conflict, and that's 110% your problem, so don't whine about being double booked one day. That's your problem to solve and might involve pissing off one of your employers.

You can do it. I have a friend who works 3 jobs. But make sure you have time to sleep

Hundreds of people work 2 jobs, or more. As you did not tell us how many hours you do at the coat factory we have no idea whether you could cope with both.

You could do both during the summer but you may have to chose one of the jobs to work for during the fall.
