Never had anything at Amazon (where the real Kindle app store is) ask me for an invoice address. Your Amazon account should have your address and your credit or debit card so there is no need for an invoice.
The address to send the bill or receipt to. This can sometimes be different from the requested mailing address.
If you bought something online, and you wanted it delivered to somebody else - your address is the invoice address.
