1st class does not always mean a couple of days. Large swathes of Britain are under water, motorways are closed, weather warnings say stay at home unless you must travel, thousands have no power / heating / food etc, people have died, homes have been destroyed, emergency services and troops are up to their armpits in water and sewage trying to help sufferers.
Worrying about a couple of things from Amazon seems rather petty right now wouldn't you say?
