I have a job I do some weekends, I usually earned 14$ an hour. Now that I'm 16 I earn around 20$+. Keep in mind this is Norway a Big Mac at McDonalds costs 7.8$.

you're not going to get a job that would pay well enough to help your mom out. Insurance is what usually covers most of medicals so she should have had health insurance for the two of you. anorexia and bulimia are eating disorders and originally emotional problems. Have her go first to a behavioral therapist for information. These things a person needs to stop on their own but with assistance. Perhaps she could get out-patient services. First she would have to be diagnosed by a doctor and then referred to an out-patient clinic that would help her with a problem she has caused for herself.
You on the other hand can be helpful by focusing on your school work so you can EVENTUALLY (but not now) help out your mom in years in the future after you get a good career, but you will need all A's to get that done.
I was going to suggest selling something valuable such as a used gaming system, tablet, laptop, or even a car if your parents are willing, but it is very impossible for any normal person to make thirty-thousand dollars per month.
There may be government assistance or affordable counseling that your mom could use. I do not like to suggest this but Some Catholic Churches have clinics at low cost, as well.
Try telling your mom to start calling (or googling) 211 to seek affordable counseling and assistance.
First, please know that there could be agencies to help out your mom with the illness. Your contributions from a part time job would be supportive, but no where near the price of health care. You should explore part time work immediately, apply to several places. However, you should also assure that the treatment care is appropriate if possible, the figure you provided sounds as if it is $1000 a day, which is quite high.
