? Keep a daily journal.
? Secretly film them working a register and not asking for a Walmart Rewards Mastercard.
? Report problem within their department to head office (e.g., safety, expired products)
? If you dislike them probably others do too. Power in numbers. Call head office together.
? Research the law and store policy. E.g., in Ontario the Employment Standard Act is great read.
My advice is to let it go. Don't try to take someone's livelyhood from them if for revenge, there are many ways to get back at someone, but getting them fired is taking the food out of their mouth, e.g. destroying their life. My guess is that you don't have a good reason for this or you wouldn't have to ask how. Try squirting mustard on their good shirt instead.
If they broke the law report it both to their head office and the government. When they do their internal survey, rate your manager poorly. Report any off-color joke to head office and the government, as it's inappropriate of them. Know the law well. That's my tip

They know people sued them and won big money, if they failed to comply.
Be careful. The mgr may be buddy-buddy with some higher ups. YOU might be the one getting fired. I've seen this happen quite often.
You can't. Walmart is used to disgruntled employees making accusations.
