For normal employees, this is far more rare - although company cars can be a perk for some and a requirement on some jobs, but then those cars aren't supposed to be used for personal use. Housing can be a benefit in very remote underdeveloped places where there's insufficient housing, but then it's usually a trailer, nothing much to write home about.
Sales reps get company cars but they dont give houses unless it is is very qualified person that works for a global company and they have to go oversease for a year or so and will be given somewhere to live while there but if you are talking about acareer with a future employer then forget it unless you have a university degree in a specialised field, Good Luck
