To increase any number by a percentage just do this simple step:
Convert the percentage into decimals and add 1.
In your case it will be 47.2/ 100 which is 0.472. Add 1 and you will get 1.472.
Multiply this by 7000 you will get your desired answer ie 10304g.
7000 X 1.472
just multiply 7000g by .472 and add it to 7000
