"I have prime, it's guaranteed two day shipping according to the website, unless you know something I don't."
I'm a long time prime member. 2-day shipping is NOT 2-day delivery. 2-day shipping means you'll get your product 2 days from the time it ships, not from when you order it & its usually 2 business days meaning Mon - Fri. Depending on the carrier & your city, you may get the item on a Sat or Sunday. When your item ships, your card will be charged & you will get an email with shipment confirmation & expected delivery date. If you do NOT get it by then, contact Amazon Customer Service. If you complain in a calm manner, they will extend your prime membership for 1 month free of charge for your inconvenience.
"If you received free shipping through Amazon Prime, you may be eligible for a free one-month extension when the promised delivery date isn't met. Prime Extensions (including Mom) are limited to one per free trial and 12 for an annual membership. Free Amazon Student Memberships do not qualify for this extension."

When you placed your order - it should have given you an estimated delivery date. You should have received a confirmation email too which gave you an estimated delivery date. What did it say?

If the estimated delivery date you received is off - then contact Amazon & tell them you can't wait any longer & you wish to cancel. I'm sure they will upgrade your shipping to next day if the item is in stock if at all possible. Amazon wants to keep happy satisfied customers who keep coming back.
There is such an option as 'guaranteed delivery" if it was offered for the item you bought & you chose this method & you did it in time - contact Amazon.

Also - in case you do NOT know - there is a general help forum on Amazon where you can ask questions like this.
Good Luck
Yep, two days from when they actually ship it, not from when they receive the order.
There is no guaranteed shipping date. There is guaranteed two day shipping for Prime - but that means two days from the date it ships, not delivery two days from the date you order. Amazon's internal "processing time" is additional.
ASK THE SELLER. how the hell would we know?
