his happened on saturday (now 3 days ago). Basically i pumped my gas like normal and was feeling lazy so i figured id try the interac machine at the pump. After inserting the card, choosing the account and whatever else. I put my pin in and then i guess i must've prepaid for gas instead of paying for my own. The machine went back to 0 again so i assumed i was good. I left thinking the transaction went through but looking at my bank account today, it appears it hasnt. It was busy so its unlikely they noticed, but should i return and pay now? Or just sit back and forget it happened? I dont wanna be in trouble with the law or anything over a 40 dollar transaction, but i feel like if they reported me, i wouldve been stopped by now. What do i do?

Do the right thing, go back to the gas station. However, it is not clear whether you actually pumped the gas it your car or truck Only you can answer that question. Good luck.

first u cant get gas without paying first it just doesnt work that way

you must have put it on as credit instead of debit, when you put it on credit it takes a while for it to process and take the money out of you account

I don't get how you wold have tricked money out of the machine...

They have security camera tapes for catching such things so if your paranoid, they cold catch up with you.

I will go back, tell them what day it is happen and pay because they have you on tape, so better then wait for police eventualy.

the pump would NOT have worked if you didn't pay - give it a few more days
